FIGHTING CLIMATE CHANGE HAS NEVER TASTED SO GOOD.

AS FEATURED IN

We provide solutions to transform food waste.

We enable Canadian businesses to use and benefit from upcycled ingredients to help reduce food waste, fight climate change, and create jobs.

For instance, consider brewery barley grains which is 85% of the waste produced by the brewing industry.

Every year, approx 16 million kilos of brewery grains are disposed in Ontario.

Traditionally used as animal feed, the majority of these grains end up in landfills, which leads to greenhouse gas emission.

Spent Grain

In the craft brewing process, once barley has been boiled to release sugar, the grains are considered ‘spent’ and disposed of.

Barley is considered one of the healthiest cereal grains and has twice the amount of fibre and protein compared to standard wheat.

What if we made food with spent grains instead?

We could feed every Ontarian 20 loaves of bread every year!

I have been a customer for a few years now, and yes, I first found you through my daughter at the Brickworks Farmers Market. Not only are your products super delicious they are good for the planet as well. My daughter has a sunflower (including oil) allergy and your baked goods are some of the few that she can eat.

I just wanted to let you know that I appreciate everything you do and I love the philosophy behind your company.

All the best for 2024!
