Compared to the Seed-crusted sourdough, our White Country Sourdough has a subtle sour taste, 30% whole grains, and no seeds.
It’s also kid friendly (and has made all our lives a little easier!)
Our 48-hour, 100% naturally-leavened process enhances flavour and nutritional value, promotes digestion and increases shelf life.
100% of our flour is grown in Ontario and its integrity is maintained through our traditional stone milling technique.
But our uniqueness comes from incorporating spent barley grains that have been used to make beer. By enjoying our spent goods, you are directly helping to reduce greenhouse gases.
