Defina’s 2 restaurant locations have been on the Toronto west end for the longest time and never disappoint. During the pandemic lockdown, it was one of the places we visited often to ensure they’d survive. Many Red Hot Chilli pepper pizzas later, we were thrilled when Roksolana, Anton, Maksym (and their team behind Pizzeria Defina) agreed to co-create a frozen Roma-style pizza (better for conventional ovens at home).
